Starting on the 11th, regular postings for 2008 will begin, with at least weekly updates on at least one of my sites. So check late Friday/whenever Saturday and I will have posted some sort of work somewhere.
Classes end for me December 22. Gonna have to bust some ass and get these boring assignments done. Then, back to Persona 3, Mass Effect, The Witcher, Bullet Witch, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., etc.
It is a frabjous day when Capcom announces a CGI film of Resident Evil! While there has already been a non-game related CG movie, (Biohazard 4D Executor http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLlu0WvLik0) this is the first one to be feature length. I always thought Resident Evil could use a good anime; good to see it's finally going to happen.
I met this lady at the first day of training for Halloween Haunt and we got along quite well.
Yay! There was also another girl there I liked who's one of the shortest girls I've ever seen without being a midget. Even shorter than say, black_widow1417.
Nightwish's Wish I Had An Angel. I imagine somebody that comes by here knows this song. Featured in Uwe Boll's disgraceful version of Alone in the Dark.
The Invasion-a pseudo-remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers starring Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig in a nerded-up role. Some production issues including script rewrites and reshoots with another director, but may still turn out proper. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Invasion_%28film%29
Poor Warriors didn't get it done tonight but that just allows them to win the series at home on Thursday. Maybe Jessica Alba will go to the game again.
Today's Manga-Highschool of the Dead. Notable, at least, for being a zombie manga, an unfortunately rare occurence. It is enjoyable, though. Get it here: http://xamayon.org/ There is the great U.S. series The Walking Dead by Robert Kirkman, but most zombie comics tend to be horrible American junk.
Well, by looking at the box office totals, I see that you have failed me, America. Grindhouse in TENTH PLACE?! An admitted rip-off of Hitchcock's Rear Window in FIRST?!
...
You got one more chance, America. Hot Fuzz. Friday, April 20.
